• A.We are factory , OEM&ODM manufacturer, we have more than 30 years surge protective devices experiences, We have a professional lightning protection team led by senior lightning protection experts in the UK. we produced large range of SPD series, including power supply system, signal system and earthing devices.

• A.Yes, we attend 1-2 international exhibitions every year, such as India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangladesh Electrical and Power show to show our products and provide technical support, we are planning to go to other countries in the futures, hope to see you!

• A.We have successively passed KEMA, TUV, CB, CE, REACH, ROHS, ISO9001：2015 certification.

• Q.Do you have detailed professional installation instruction?
  
• A.Yes, we have, when we introduced you our products, we will send you instruction for your evaluation, and there will have an installation instruction in product box.

• Q.Do you provide free samples?
  
• A.Yes, we can provide free samples for the customers to evaluate our quality, but the courier cost will be paid by the customer.

• Q.What's your lead time?
  
• A.For our best-selling models, we have safety stock, the lead time is 3-15days. If no safety stock, the lead time is 15-30days. ODM lead time is 45-60days, OEM lead time is 7-30days. For big orders, honestly, it depends on the order quantity and designs.

• Q.Can you design the SPD according to our size?
  
• A.Of course, we can customize SPD products according to the customer’s requirements.

• Q.What is your operating temperature range?
  
• A.The working environment temperature of our surge protective devices is -40℃~80℃.

• Q.Where is your manufacturer located?
  
• A.Our factory is located in Zhuhai city Guangdong province, close to Hong Kong and Macao, we have an area of more than 3000m2 production base.

• Q.When can I get the price?
  
• A.We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.
