Industrial Ethernet Surge Protector (BS NP 4TP 1X G48)
The BS NP 4TP 1X G48 (670062) Industrial Ethernet Surge Protector is intended to be installed in LPZ 0B-2 or higher zones, intended to protect network equipment from power interruptions resulting from surge currents. This model conforms to IEC categories for CAT 6 or Class E wired systems; it affords protection for Industrial Ethernet broadcasts (10M, 100M, 1GBit). Suitable for applications in Offices and Industries applications like Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, ISDN, VoIP, and PoE systems like Switches, Routers, Hubs, Modems, etc. This surge protector has 24 RJ45 plugs all of which are protected for the four lines each. Developed to protect against surges as per the IEC 61643-21, EN 61643-21, and GB/T 18802.21 standards.

How it works
The Industrial Ethernet Surge Protector operates on a principle of triggering components inside the device such as the gas discharge tubes or varistors whenever the voltage reading goes higher than the set standard.
